The Ag. Chief Officer Trade, Investments, Industrialization, Tourism & Cooperatives Mr. Mugambi Sandi and Meru Town Municipal Manager Mr. Gitobu Nkanata visited the Makutano stage (formerly Makutano market) to oversee the cleaning of the stage in preparation for its operation tomorrow. The stage will serve people travelling to Nanyuki, Isiolo, Maua, and Ruiri starting tomorrow!

During the visit, the Ag. Chief Officer noted that the stage will make it easier for residents to travel to different parts of the country and also decongest traffic on the main highways.
