Pursuant to the provisions of article 220(2) of the constitution of Kenya as read together with sections 129 & 204 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFM),2012. The County Government of Meru is in the process of formulating the County Fiscal Strategy Paper (CFSP)for the FY 2026/27 and the Medium-Term Expenditure Framework FYs 2026/27-2028/29 and seeks to take account the views of the public and all stakeholders.

In regard to the above County Executive of Meru wish to invite members of the public, civil society organizations, faith-based organizations, Youth, Women, PWDs, private sector practitioners and all other interested parties to participate in the process by giving their views during public meeting as scheduled here below;
