The Meru County Deputy Governor, H.E. Lindah Kiome, joined Fawzia Ali-Kimanthi, Chief Business Officer, Safaricom PLC, during the launch of "Bundle ya Wakulima," a tailor-made package designed to enable farmers to access essential online services at an affordable cost.

The initiative goes beyond data bundles. It provides farmers with access to medical cover, connects them to crucial agricultural value chains, and enables them to enjoy great discounts and access a range of agriculture related services through the platform.

The launch further cements the strong partnership between Meru County and Safaricom PLC, following their recent collaboration in the construction and equipping of an ultramodern maternity wing at Mituntu Dispensary, as well as other healthcare projects across the county.

Under the leadership of H.E. Governor Mutuma M’Ethingia, the Meru County Government remains committed to partnering with Safaricom PLC and other like minded partners to ensure that the people of Meru have access to quality, affordable, and transformative services.
